Fourteen years experience in day to day office administration, personnel management, budgeting and maintenance of accounts, organization of meetings, festivals, exhibitions, Audio-Video Documentation, Compilation and Production of Video films and seminars etc. as Programme Officer and later as Deputy Secretary of SNA - Dept. of Culture, Ministry of Culture, Government of India.

Good working experience in Microsoft Word, Internet Web page design with Macromedia Dreamweaver, Adobe Pagemaker and Photoshop, PowerPoint, Paint Shop etc.

Participated in the organization of Indo-Soviet seminar on music, New Delhi-1988.

Participated in the organization of Festivals of India abroad-1987-89.

Design/Execution of the first ever international exhibition of puppets in India on the occasion of India International Puppetry Festival-1991.

Organized a twenty-day workshop of modern dance with faculty from American Dance Festival (ADF) on the occasion of India International Dance Festival-1992.

Organized a three-day festival of traditional theatre, Paramparik Natyotsava. Designed the stage and outside decor -1994.

Organized a five-day festival of classical music at Aurangabad-1995.

Organized a five-day festival of classical music at Goa-1996.

Audio/Video documentation of performing arts, Interviews, recordings Computerization of archival material-1986-97.

Designed logos, brochures, stage sets, publicity etc. for innumerable festivals and programmes, seminars and workshops.

Co-ordination of 'Ganatantra Mahotsav' series and 'Swarnotsav' series (music and dance festivals all over India including special shows by an ensemble conducted by Pandit Ravi Shankar) celebrating 50 years of the Republic of India for Sangeet Natak Akademi, National Academy of Music, Dance and Drama, Government of India 2000-2001

Designed and presented 'Expressions' an evening of choreographic works by Narendra Sharma, Madhavi Mudgal, Rama Vaidyanathan, Sharon Lowen and Maithreyi Pahari on 31 December 2001.

Organized award presentation ceremony - Swaralaya Puraskaram - to Bharat Ratna Pandit Ravi Shankar. February 2002. Also organized award presentation ceremonies of DK Pattammal in Chennai's Kalakshetra, Ustad Ali Akbar Khan in New Delhi's Kamani Auditorium.

Launched the first exclusive dance and music magazine of North India - Rasamanjari - on 11 July 2002. Released by Justice Eradi and Minister for Culture and Tourism, Jagmohan received the first copy.

Designed, constructed and maintains websites of fellow artists: Veronique Azan (www.kathakazan.com), Prathibha Prahlad (www.prathibhaprahlad.com), Rama Vaidyanathan (www.ramavaidyanathan.com), Anjana Rajan (www.anjanarajan.com) in addition to the first portal on Indian performing arts (www.artindia.net).

Artistic Director - Monsoon Festival - http://monsoonfestival.tripod.com - jointly presented by Shriram Bharatiya Kala Kendra and Art India featuring classical musicians and dancers from all over India, May-June 2003.

Artistic Director - Spring Festival - presented by Art India featuring classical musicians and dancers from all over India, February 2004.
